Super Cub 2007Operating since 1959, 40-Mile Air has been serving the needs of communities and outdoor enthusiasts in Alaska.  Owned and operated by second generation bush pilots and lifelong Alaskans, 40-Mile Air has the knowledge and experience to safely transport you into the remote areas of Alaska. 

Based in Tok, 40-Mile Air routinely operates within the Wrangell St.-Elias Preserve, Yukon-Charley Preserve, Alaska Range, Tetlin Wildlife Refuge and the Fortymile Country.

Operating a fleet of 9 aircraft, 40-Mile Air has the proper equipment to access the rugged Alaska Wilderness.

Our fleet consists of 4 Super Cubs, 2 Cessna 206’s, 1 Cessna 207, 1 Cessna 185 and 1 Twin engine Piper Navajo fully equipped and dedicated to air ambulance flights.
